btw, the bambaiya biriyani is quite different from the gud ol' cal mughlai version...dig under the rice and there's the chicken tangri, all wrapped up in gravy...nice...but not quite like the 'melt in the mouth' type u get in shiraz here!

talking about food...
nothin can beat delhi...that place is a glutton's paradise...and u can never quite have enuf of the rajma chawal and aloo paratha and of course, the AIIMS flyoverwala andaa paratha...mmmmmmm...

and karim's...
the nargisi kofta...the kebabs...the phirni...
pity, i missed pigging out at the purana dilli wala karim's

well...enuf of grub...
